- An NPIN for the farm of origin will be required for each poultry/flock.
- To obtain a National Premises Identification Number (NPIN), please fill out the two-page form
- Note: There is no cost to obtain an NPIN. If the NPIN is for a backyard flock/herd, under "Step 3", select "Production Unit (Farm, Ranch)".
