KC the Bull is the official mascot of the Great Kern County Fair.  At fairtime KC can be found all over the grounds meeting visitors.  KC also makes appearances in parades and functions year-round . . . watch for him in the Whiskey Flat Days Parade in Kernville , Cinco de Mayo Parade in Delano, Tehachapi Mountain Festival and theWasco Festival of Roses.
